I’d like to propose meeting on the following date and times:

NvDA Tenth Anniversary planning meeting for January 2016:

·         Date: January 16, 2016

·         Times: 8 AM (1600 UTC) and 8 PM (0400 UTC) Pacific (Los Angeles).

·         Place: NVDA Korea TeamTalk server (www.nvda-kr.org, same place as NvDACon 2015.2).

Session 1 is designed for people living in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas, and the second is designed for users living in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and other continents.

Topics to be discussed are:

·         Current planning status.

·         Session planning.

·         Sponsorship updates.

·         Gathering more sponsors, fundraising and other events.

·         Other topics.

Please let us know if the date and times would be good for many of you (more participants, the better). If there are no objections by January 2^nd, I’ll send out an official invitation to the announcement list, NVDA community, Twitter and other places. Thanks.

I could meet on sunday of that week, or on friday, or monday. Sunday would have to be night time (like 6 mountain or later).

Hi,
Even I, now that an event from school was shared, and I have
registered, will not be able to attend on the 16th, and there is
another day on January, maybe a weekend when I will be unavailable.
So, could the conference be possibly postponed from 16th, to the
following week, 23rd or something then?
