Thanks Derek!

The only time NV Access would have been wary of is that "conference time" around March (CSUN, Deque, I forget but think there's one or two others around then).  Otherwise, we're open to pretty much any time.  Easter is the weekend of the 17th April (and Orthodox Easter the week after) so I'd avoid those two weekends for that reason.  And in the US, Memorial day is the 30th May.

We decided to postpone the conference because there weren't yet that many topics, and additionally, I need to rebuild parts of the leadership structure to make it more robust. Let me know when we want to start, but I'll be busy until late April on weekends, often being completely out of internet range during the time we schedule our meetings.
